Step 1: Workpiece Placement – Large Workbench Accommodates Oversized Workpieces

The tested sample is a large metal machined workpiece. It does not need to be disassembled and can be stably placed on the equipment workbench after cleaning. With professional 3D measurement software, operators compile inspection programs according to workpiece drawings and input all dimensional parameters and geometric tolerance inspection parameters. The program can be permanently saved after initial programming. For follow-up workpieces of the same specification, repeated programming is unnecessary, and measurement can be started by one-click call, greatly reducing repetitive workload.

Step 3: Automatic Measurement Operation for Precise Data Collection

After starting the measurement program, the probe runs automatically along the preset trajectory. The built-in automatic edge finding and auto-focus functions of the software accurately locate workpiece edges and all inspection points to realize automatic data collection. It avoids measurement deviations caused by manual operation. The full closed-loop drive system ensures stable micron-level high precision while achieving efficient inspection.

Step 4: One-click Export of Inspection Reports, Greatly Improved Efficiency for Batch Inspection

Upon completion of workpiece measurement, the software generates a complete inspection report with one click, which visually displays measured values and standard tolerance ranges, and automatically judges pass/fail status. After programming for one type of workpiece, automatic batch inspection can be realized for similar metal workpieces. The inspection efficiency increases several times, realizing automatic inspection and multi-purpose equipment.
