The equipment should be installed in a dry, ventilated, shockproof workshop environment without direct strong light exposure. Avoid humid conditions, accumulated dust, high temperature and direct sunlight to prevent circuit aging and light source performance degradation, ensuring stable equipment operation.
During measurement, avoid heavy or hard workpieces hitting the equipment table violently. Impacts may cause table deformation and equipment displacement, further leading to measurement accuracy deviations.
Establish a regular calibration mechanism. Perform simple precision verification monthly, conduct comprehensive calibration of the whole machine using standard calibration pieces every quarter, and carry out a full precision re-inspection of the complete equipment once a year to continuously guarantee measurement accuracy.
If the equipment will remain idle for a long time, cut off the power supply and implement dustproof protection to prevent dust from entering the equipment interior and interfering with normal operation of internal hardware.
