In the quality inspection of precision components for automotive, hydraulic and new energy industries, cleanliness testing is a key link to control product reliability. For component cleanliness testing, the extraction effect of sample pre-treatment directly determines the accuracy of subsequent particle analysis data.
WV-QX800 Automatic Cleanliness Particle Extractor integrates four major extraction processes: Spray washing / Low-pressure spray washing, ultrasonic extraction, inner cavity cleaning and shaking cleaning. It can efficiently strip and extract particle impurities on the outer surface and through inner cavities of parts, and is applicable to various component samples ranging from millimeter-scale to meter-scale. It serves as the core equipment for laboratory cleanliness sample preparation.

The equipment adopts 316 stainless steel fluid passages, which are non-magnetic and anti-static. The pipelines do not easily shed particles. Equipped with PALL filter elements, it strictly controls equipment background with metallic particles of blank test ≤50μm, reducing impurity interference and ensuring stable and reliable cleanliness testing data. The whole machine adopts software programmed operation with preset process parameters, which greatly reduces manual operation errors and supports OEM customization.
