1. Storage environment

The instrument should be placed in a clean, dry indoor environment, with a recommended temperature of 20°C ± 5°C and a humidity of less than 60% to avoid contamination of optical components, rusting of metal parts or dust entering the moving rails, affecting the instrument Accuracy.

2. Cleaning methods

Workbench Glass and paint stains can be wiped with neutral cleaner and water. Cleaning the paint with organic solvents is strictly prohibited to avoid loss of gloss on the surface.

3. Precision Parts Maintenance

The imaging system, workbench, optical ruler, ZAxis drive mechanism, etc. are precision adjustment parts, all screws are fixed, please do not disassemble yourself. If there is a problem, you should contact a professional in time to deal with it. Unauthorized disassembly may cause failure or Accuracy loss, and will affect the warranty rights.

4. Electrical Interface Precautions

Please do not unplug the electrical connector of the instrument. If unplugged, screws need to be properly inserted and tightened as indicated, incorrect connection may affect function or cause system damage.

5. Grounding requirements

The instrument must be reliably grounded, and the Power SupplyInterface board on the rear of the machine base is marked accordingly. Please ensure that the grounding wire of the Power Supply socket is intact when using.

6. Software settings are not allowed to be changed

Measurement software has accurately compensated the error of the workbench and optical ruler, please do not modify the parameters without authorization, otherwise it may cause the measurement result to be wrong.

7. After Use Maintenance

After each use, please clean the working face in time, and it is recommended to cover the dust cover to keep the instrument running steadily during the Length period.
